In the first picture the earth's q-seconds are related to the earth's c-seconds. The arrows mean there is an instantaneous ontological relationship. q-earth and q-rocket are not so related; they're ontologically ineffable (incommunicable.)
In the second picture b1 and b2 are the objects that exist. The g1, 'g1', 'b1', ... are properties of the b1, b2.g1 is unique to b1 and g2 is unique to b2. 'x' and their related facts are usually assumed to be independent of what's in the universe, b1 and b2.
