It seems he is also drawing the lines of presentists, with our "fragmented" non-standard reality on one hand, and the block universe on the other hand. This is the point of Kit Fine (and some previous posts). So, is there anything like a consensus that this is the way things are? If so, great. Then one idea is to formalize these notions and implement them in physics (e.g. see previous posts).
