Mexico should legalize drugs, either just pot and coke, or all drugs like Portugal. Better Mexicans get the tax money then drug lords getting everything. To further reduce corruption, it might be that Mexican policemen should be required to live in different places (within Mexico), every few months or years. And there should be an anti-corruption hotline (for what it's worth).
